A 60-minute yoga class that combines a variety of yoga styles with a focus on strength, flexibility, mind body awareness, and breath. All Levels Vinyasa features synchronized breath and fluid movement with occasional holds and refinements on alignment. This class will keep you moving through a creative sequence of yoga postures and strengthen your mind body connection.

Core Yoga is a heat building practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core. All levels welcome!

Be prepared to sweat! Yoga sculpt is a complete body workout that will change and challenge your body and mind. Class is set to energizing music and designed to sculpt and tone every major muscle group. Class will include a vinyasa flow, strength training, and plyometrics to build lean muscle mass. Free weights and other props are added to the sequence to create resistance and intensifying each pose. YS will push your strength to the next level while boosting your metabolism and compliment any fitness routine.

This class combines ballet conditioning, interval cardio, Pilates, yoga and meditation to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, and center your mind. Inspired by the Lotte Berk Method, this class produces visible results, impressive total-body toning and flexibility while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all students.

Prepare for an adventure! This fusion class is a 50-minute full body workout including yoga, barre and HIIT (high intensity interval training). Wild Flow is sequenced to provide the ultimate mental escape while boosting your metabolism and deepen your flexibility and strength.

Community Run is a free outdoor running group for all members. Runs start outside Wild Flow Studio and travel various routes between 2-3 miles. Perfect for those who don’t like running alone! Open to all Levels of runners. Runs are weather permitting. All non-members are welcome to attend with a suggested $5 donation to RISPCASt. Jude Children’s Hospital or GLAAD
