About Wild Flow

Wild Flow is located in Historic Wickford Village. Our barre + yoga studio is conveniently located 15 minutes from both Providence and Narragansett.

Wild Flow is committed to creating a safe + fierce community space and deliver an unparalleled fitness experience. We all show up on our mats for different reasons. Let WF prepare to take your fitness routine to the next level.

Questions & General FAQs

Please take your shoes off and leave them in the shoe area when entering the studio. Check in at the desk before going into the class even if you signed up online.

We understand life happens and sometimes it’s difficult to get to your mat on time however in order to minimize disruption to class no one will be admitted after the start of class.

Please take the opportunity to silence and put away your cell phone to disconnect from the outside world for a bit.

WF provides mats, water, towels and props to everyone in the community. Please respect that these are provided to enhance your practice and are a complimentary service. At the end of class please wipe down and clean all mats and props like they are your own and that your very own asana will be sitting on them next!

WF has a restroom and multiple changing rooms. We do not offer a shower however have many health and wellness products available complimentary to help support the yogi on the go.

If you are new to the studio please arrive at least 10-15 minute prior to class to meet the instructor and discuss any injuries. All of WF’s classes are easily modified to help assist in prior injuries, pregnancy, post-partum exercise and beginners. You will gain much more from your practice  if you share your questions and concerns with the instructor.

Wild Flow welcomes all and is a space to let go of inhibitions and come as you are- not as you think you should be.

Our studio welcomes all. Discrimination or racism of any form will not be tolerated and have no place at Wild Flow

Doors open 15 mins prior to class start + close 15 mins after the end of a class. Outside of this, we’re also open the following times for retail or to discuss how WF can help you: Tuesday 10:30am-3:00pm + Friday 10am-12pm. Wild Glow (inside Wild Flow) offers all-natural spray tans by appointment only.

Unless otherwise specified, all WF classes are intended for individuals over the age of 18. We do not allow children to wait in the lobby during class. Children may accompany their parents to the studio for information and shopping.  Thank you for understanding!

The studio is located in Wickford Village behind 1 Brown Street. Parking is available directly in front of the studio (facing the doors). All other parking is first come first serve in the lot on the gravel side facing the bay. There is also street parking available on Brown street.

Wear something that you feel comfortable in and don’t mind moving and sweating in. Socks are optional. WF has changing rooms for before and after class.

No. WF offers changing rooms and complimentary health and wellness products to help support the yogi on the go!

Your safety is our number one priority and inclement weather can happen.  Please make sure your contact info is updated in MINDBODY and we’ll notify you via email and text if class is cancelled, at least 4 hours prior to class start time and also post on our social media accounts.

Depending on the injury our barre and yoga classes offer perfect low impact options for movement and exercise when recovering from an injury. Please check with your Dr. and notify your instructor prior to class so they can offer you assistance and modifications as needed.

Yes! Our barre and yoga classes offer perfect low impact options for movement and exercise during pregnancy and post partum exercise. All of our classes can be modified for expecting mothers. Please notify your instructor prior to class so she can offer you assistance and modifications as needed.

Wild Flow Signature class includes some high Intensity training and not recommended for expectant mothers however listen to your body and your doctor!

By Purchasing an Auto Pay Membership from Wild Flow, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

By accepting these terms and conditions through your election to enroll in an auto pay Wild Flow Membership, you hereby authorize Wild Flow, LLC (hereinafter “Wild Flow”) to bill and charge the Payment Method that you have specified in the amount of your monthly Membership Fee.

When you sign up for a Wild Flow Monthly Auto Pay Membership, your Membership Fee is locked in for the life of your Membership. So long as you continually pay your monthly Membership Fees, your rate will not change. If you cancel your Membership, you lose the locked-in rate associated with your Membership Fee. You may rejoin at any time at the then-current Membership Fee rate.

Your Monthly Auto-Pay Membership will automatically renew every month on the anniversary of your Initial Membership Sign-up Date. Wild Flow will automatically charge the full Membership Fee to your Payment Method each time your Membership renews, unless you cancel.

You agree that the Payment Method specified by you for automatic Payments to Wild Flow is, and will continue to be, an account that you own, and that you will maintain sufficient availability under your credit card limit, or sufficient funds in the account linked to your debit card or other mode of payment, as applicable, to make your Payments. The automatic charge to your Payment Method will be the Membership Fee and will occur every month on the anniversary of payment after the Initial Membership Sign-up Date. If your Payment Account number or Payment Account expiration date changes, you understand and agree that your Payment Method issuer or You may notify Wild Flow of such changes in order for Wild Flow to update your Payment Method information on file and charge automatic Payments to your new Payment Method information.

With the exception of a confirmation email sent to you from Wild Flow confirming your selected Payment Method, you may not receive any receipt of payment notifying you that a Payment has been made. You understand and agree that Wild Flow may not provide you with advance notification before a Payment is charged to your Payment Method.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your Payment Method information and email account information are current at all times during the term of your Membership.

If any Payment charged to your Payment Method is declined, you authorize Wild Flow to make additional attempts each day for up to twenty (20) consecutive days thereafter to successfully charge your Payment Method, if possible under such Payment Method. If Wild Flow is unable to successfully charge your Payment Method after such time, your Membership will automatically cancel and you will lose the locked-in rate associated with your Membership Fee.

You may cancel your Membership after 3 months (with a 30 day notification) without penalty. We do not provide refunds for unused portions or pro-rated months.

Cancellation of your Membership shall be effective at the time of cancellation. If you cancel your Membership, you will lose the locked-in rate associated with your Membership Fee. You may rejoin at any time at the then-current Membership Fee rate.

If you cancel at least 4 hours prior to the class start time, the class will be credited back to your account.

If you don’t show up for class and you didn’t cancel ahead of time, or if you cancel within 4 hours of the class start time, you’ll lose that class. For those with an unlimited package, you’ll be charged a $10 cancellation/no-show fee.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all spray tanning and special events. The credit card on file will be charged 24 hours prior to the event, no refunds.

The studio is open to the public Tuesday 10:30am-3:00pm + Friday 10am-12pm. . If you would like to come in and shop outside of these times please email Krista@wildflowri.com . All members of the community are welcome to come in before and after class times but please be aware that there may be only 1 desk person on and they are checking clients in for class.

All Apparel & Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with tags still attached.

All class packages are final sale and can’t be transferred.
